Mitchell Brannen founded the company in 1978 and serves as Chairman and CEO for all divisions. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its services and ranks among the largest commercial real estate firms in Atlanta. Mr. Brannen’s real estate experience spans more than 30 years following his graduation from Georgia State University.

Thomas G. Gilligan
Chief Operating Officer
Tom Gilligan oversees the daily operations of the company, which range from financial planning and marketing to technology. His experience in management, corporate planning and business development spans nearly 30 years. Prior to joining NAI Brannen Goddard, Mr. Gilligan headed several corporate banking and operational groups at Wachovia Bank, N.A. He received a finance degree from Saint Vincent College.

Jim Devaney

Jim Devaney began his career in commercial real estate over 20 years ago. He is ranked among the top brokers in Atlanta and has been involved with transactions exceeding $500 million during his career. Jim has received numerous awards from various companies and professional organizations for his outstanding accomplishments in the real estate industry. His clients range from start-up companies and international firms to Fortune 500 corporations. He holds an undergraduate degree from Auburn University.

Stephen A. Proctor
Senior Vice President, Brokerage
Steve Proctor’s experience in sales and management for 27 years has awarded him projects from clients worldwide. He is among Atlanta’s most prominent brokers for tenant representation transactions. Mr. Proctor manages leasing assignments for a variety of buildings and companies in Atlanta. His direct involvement with the redevelopment and repositioning of buildings to expedite a lease or sale is extensive. Steve has a graduate degree in finance from the University of North Carolina and an undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University.

Mike Chamber’s career in commercial real estate extends over 19 years, and has involved the leasing and sale of property throughout Atlanta and the southeastern United States. He has represented local, national and international clients in land sales and purchases, build-to-suits, development, leasehold acquisitions and consulting. Mr. Chambers is consistently ranked among the top industrial brokers in Atlanta. Mike earned his degree from the University of Georgia and holds several awards from the Atlanta Board of Realtors.
