The construction process involves many activities, which need to be properly coordinated and integrated throughout the entire construction phase. To achieve success with every project, the NAI Brannen Goddard team manages each phase of the construction through practice groups and program management.

The mix of projects is diverse and ranges from office buildings and medical clinics to business parks and high-tech facilities. Construction projects can be as extensive as the shell of commercial buildings to the redevelopment of building interiors and exteriors. Other projects include the complete renovation of existing space, tenant improvements, and the build out of entirely new facilities for industrial, office, medical and retail use.

An in-house staff of expert managers and engineers manages the process from space planning, construction and progress inspections to the final completion and evaluation of the project.
